These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Nzanga Pages, including the public website, search pages, business listings, account dashboards, listing forms, media uploads, claim tools, reviews, analytics, payment records and support channels.
By using Nzanga Pages, creating an account, submitting a listing, claiming a business, contacting a business or managing a dashboard, you agree to follow these Terms and any additional policies shown in the platform.
Users may access Nzanga Pages as visitors, registered users, business owners, country administrators, SuperAdmins, advertisers or platform partners.
You are responsible for keeping account information accurate, protecting login details and making sure anyone using your account has permission to act for you or your business.

You must not interfere with the platform, overload services, bypass restrictions, collect data at scale without permission or use directory information for spam, fraud or unlawful activity.
Businesses and authorized admins may create, edit, approve, suspend and manage listings according to their role and country scope.
Listing information must be truthful, current and relevant to the business being represented. This includes business name, category, descriptions, services, operating details, address, phone number, WhatsApp number, email, website and social links.
Nzanga Pages may normalize, format, classify or moderate listing information to improve search quality, prevent abuse, comply with platform rules or protect users.
A person claiming a listing must have authority to represent the business. Nzanga Pages may request verification documents, contact confirmation, website proof, admin approval or other evidence before approving ownership.
If multiple parties claim the same listing, Nzanga Pages may pause changes, request additional proof, transfer ownership, reject a claim or keep the listing under admin control until the dispute is resolved.
Claim approval does not guarantee a specific ranking, review outcome, promotion result or continued publication.
You must only upload descriptions, logos, cover images, gallery images, documents and other media that you own, have permission to use or are legally allowed to submit.
By uploading content, you give Nzanga Pages permission to host, store, resize, display, distribute and use that content for directory pages, search results, dashboards, moderation, promotion and platform operations.
Do not upload content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, harmful, infringing, low quality, unrelated to the listing or likely to confuse users.
Users may submit reviews, contact businesses, request quotes or interact with listing lead actions where those features are available.
Reviews and messages must be honest, relevant and respectful. Do not post fake reviews, paid reviews without disclosure, threats, private personal information, spam or competitor abuse.
Businesses must handle leads, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and quote requests responsibly and must not misuse customer contact information.

Nzanga Pages and authorized admins may review, approve, reject, edit, suspend, downgrade, restore or remove listings, reviews, claims, media, campaigns, users and account access.
Moderation may happen when content is inaccurate, incomplete, duplicate, illegal, unsafe, misleading, low quality, policy-breaking, disputed or harmful to platform trust.
Audit logs and operational records may be kept to support accountability, security, dispute handling and platform reporting.
You may not use Nzanga Pages to commit fraud, impersonate another person, misrepresent a business, upload malicious content, infringe intellectual property, harass users, manipulate reviews or bypass account restrictions.
You may not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, bulk export, automate or reuse platform data without written permission from Nzanga Pages.
You may not use the platform in a way that damages availability, security, reputation, payment systems, listings, users, admins or partners.
Nzanga Pages, the platform design, software, brand assets, workflows, text, layouts and operating systems belong to Nzanga Pages or its licensors.
Businesses keep ownership of their submitted business content, but grant Nzanga Pages the rights needed to operate, display, promote and improve the directory.
If you believe content on Nzanga Pages infringes your rights, contact us with enough detail to identify the content, ownership claim and requested action.
Listings may include websites, maps, phone links, WhatsApp links, social profiles, payment references or other third-party services.
Nzanga Pages is not responsible for third-party websites, external messages, payment provider downtime, external content, map accuracy or business interactions outside the platform.
Users should use judgment before contacting businesses, making payments, sharing personal information or relying on information from third-party links.
Nzanga Pages may update, improve, remove, pause or limit features, pages, dashboards, listings, APIs, plans, promotions or support channels at any time.
We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, a specific ranking, a fixed number of leads or a particular commercial result.
Maintenance, hosting issues, payment provider issues, security incidents, admin action or changes in business operations may affect availability.

Nzanga Pages may suspend or terminate accounts, listings, campaigns, claims, admin access or paid features when necessary to protect users, enforce rules, investigate disputes, prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations.
You may stop using the service or request account support at any time. Some records may be retained where needed for payments, security, audit integrity, legal obligations or dispute handling.
Nzanga Pages may update these Terms when the platform, services, pricing, policies, laws or operating needs change.
The updated date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of Nzanga Pages after an update means the revised Terms apply.
