How do I find a business near me?
Use the Search page to enter what you need, then type a city, area or country in the location field. You can also filter by category, verified status, featured listings and open-now status where available.
What does a verified listing mean?
Verified listings have been reviewed by Nzanga Pages or a country admin. Verification improves trust, but you should still confirm prices, availability and service details directly with the business.
How do I contact a business?
Open the listing profile and use the available phone, WhatsApp, email, website or directions actions. Some contact actions may depend on the information supplied by the business.
For Businesses

How do I add my business?
Use Add Business to submit your business name, country, city, area, category, short description, full description, services, contact details and media. Submit accurate information so customers can reach you.
Can I upload a logo, cover image and gallery photos?
Yes. The listing form supports business media. Add a logo for brand recognition, a cover image for the listing card and profile header, and gallery photos to show products, premises, work or services.
How do I edit an existing listing?
Log in, open your dashboard, choose the listing and update the fields that need correction. If you cannot access the listing, use Claim Listing or contact support with the business name and listing link.
Why are my photos not showing?
Check that the images finished uploading before saving, then preview the listing. If media still does not appear, contact support with the listing link and the image type affected: logo, cover image or gallery photo.
Reviews and Leads

How are reviews handled?
Reviews should be honest, relevant and respectful. Nzanga Pages can moderate reviews that are abusive, fake, misleading, private, spammy or unrelated to the listed business.
How can a business improve lead quality?
Keep categories, services, description, photos, address, phone, WhatsApp, website and opening status current. Clear profiles help customers understand whether your business fits their need before contacting you.
Can I report wrong contact information?
Yes. Use the Contact page and include the listing link, the incorrect detail and the correct information if you have it. The team can review and update the profile.
For Admins

What can country admins manage?
Country admins can manage listings, approvals, users, businesses, locations, categories and reports that fall within their assigned country scope.
How should admins review listing changes?
Check that the business exists, location and category are reasonable, descriptions are clear, contacts are valid and uploaded media belongs to the business before approving changes.
How do admins keep public pages ready for customers?
Keep public pages focused on the details customers need: business name, category, location, description, services, media, reviews and contact actions. Operational controls should stay inside admin dashboards.

What if I cannot log in?
Use the login and password recovery flow if available. If you still cannot access the account, contact support with your email address, business name and country.
How do I request a privacy or account data change?
Use the Contact page or email support@nzangapages.com. Include your name, email, country, business name if relevant and the specific data you want reviewed.
