We share role-scoped information with business owners, country administrators and SuperAdmins so they can manage listings, approvals, reports, users, payments and platform operations.

Nzanga Pages may use cookies, browser storage and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, support dashboard sessions, improve search behavior and protect the service.
When enabled, Supabase Auth manages sign-in and session cookies. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your basic account identity, including your name and email address, to authenticate your Nzanga Pages account.
With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to public directory pages. We exclude account and authentication pages from this tracking and do not intentionally send email addresses, sign-in tokens or URL query parameters. You can allow or decline analytics and change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer.
Users can adjust browser settings to limit cookies or storage. Some account, dashboard and security features may not work correctly without them.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business listings, resolve disputes, meet operational needs, preserve audit records and comply with legal obligations.
Support messages, moderation records and audit logs may be retained after account changes where they are needed for security, accountability, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize or archive it according to operational and legal requirements.
Depending on your location and role, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of certain data, account support, review moderation or changes to listing visibility.
Business owners can update many listing details from their dashboard. Country admins can manage listings and operational data within their assigned country scope.
Some requests may be limited where records are needed for security, payment history, legal obligations, audit integrity or dispute handling.
We use practical administrative, technical and operational safeguards to protect account data, media, listings, analytics and dashboard access.
No online service can guarantee perfect security. Users should keep passwords private, use trusted devices and notify Nzanga Pages if they suspect unauthorized access.
